Plantar fasciitis is one of the most common cause heel pain. Injury to plantar fascia results in loss normally resilient fascia. Fascia becomes stiffened and prone re-injury, which resulting a vicious cycle persistent pain inflammation. Though many therapies would produce better results, there was less exploration on fascial release therapy k- tape. The purpose study identify effect MFR addition K-tape chronic fasciitis. This Quasi- experimental with 48 participants. ethical approval obtained conducted multiple physiotherapy centers Namakkal district, Tamil Nadu. All participants were selected based selection criteria mainly those who fulfil any three from below, 1) Heel increases morning first few steps following prolonged bed rest 2) Pain localized inferior 3) decreases activity such as walking or moving 4) score between 3—7 cms 10 cm VAS. 24 group receive myofascial along k-tape for 6 weeks, control stretching weeks. outcome measures used this are foot function by numerical scale index respectively.
